Right from the point when I needed a new printer and chose one that I wanted and spoke to the Xerox team I new that I was in good hands. The one I wanted was not going to be the best one for the job and I was told that and assisted in choosing one that was fit for the job I needed to do. Since then I have had some issues with my printer caused by Microsoft Windows problems and each time I have asked for help it was fixed within a day of contacting the Xerox staff. They have all been very respectful and very helpful. It is awesome that Hobart has a business like this as a part of the business community.
